Constrology has completed the construction of the newest hot food and drink spot in Davie, FL called "Mash'd" in the Tower Shoppes. The restaurant was delivered to the owners on February 7, 2019 and opened February 20, 2019.

Constrology completed the newest AT&T mobile franchise store in Pembroke Pines, FL in the Pembroke Centre shopping plaza. The location opened on New year's Eve 2018.

Constrology has been selected to provide construction management services for the new five-story Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel, Twin Peaks restaurant, and parking garage to be constructed in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Construction is expected to begin late-2019.

Constrology has been selected to provide construction management services for the new seven-story Candlewood Suites hotel and three-story parking garage to be constructed in Lake Buena Vista, FL. Construction began summer 2018 and the hotel is expected to open for business fall 2019.
Constrology has completed the new Pembroke Centre Shopping Center just east of Pembroke Gardens Shopping Center will consist of two shopping center buildings totaling approximately 28,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space plus a freestanding 9,000 square foot Twin Peaks Restaurant at the south end of the property. Twin Peaks in West Palm Beach opened March 14, 2016. Constrology was the construction manager for the entire design and construction process from concept to completion. Specifically, Constrology provided:
- Full-service construction including:
- Consulting during the creation of the architectural plans
- General contractor for all trades and suppliers
- Consultation with architect and engineer throughout the process to minimize construction costs and streamline project completion timeline
- Permit processing/expediting
- County inspection oversight, tracking, and personal interaction with County officials (to ensure a smooth, efficient completion)
- Extensive computer wired and wireless network design, pre-test, installation, and configuration
- World-class music, audio, and video (A/V) systems controlled by Crestron using an iPad - design, pre-test, installation, programming, and configuration
- Custom menu board digital displays - graphic design, pre-test, and installation
- Ongoing facility maintenance and IT support
